Choc Chip Cookies
AHHH... YUM! Not exactly healthy but still gluten and dairy free πͺπͺπͺπͺ.

RECIPE β¬οΈβ¬οΈβ¬οΈ.
*Wet Ingredients:*
1 tbsp melted coconut oil.
1 egg.
1 tsp vanilla extract.

*Dry Ingredients*
2 cups almond meal.
1/2 cup coconut sugar.
1/2 teaspoon gf baking powder.
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips (I prefer dark chocolate for more antioxidants and magnesium).

1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees.
Put all dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix.
2. Melt coconut oil, then whisk the egg and vanilla extract in until you get a nice smooth consistency.
3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together until a thick cookie dough forms.
4. Roll into small balls, and place on a lined baking tray.
5. Press down with your fingers or a fork to flatten into a cookie shape.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes depending on how well you like them cooked.
