ANZAC Biscuits
INGREDIENTS ⬇️.
• 1 cup @gfoats uncontaminated organic oats.
• 1/2 cup shredded coconut.
• 1/3 cup coconut sugar.
• 1/4 cup almond meal.
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil.
• 2 tbsp organic Maple Syrup (could also use Manuka honey if not vegan)
• 1/2 tsp GF baking Soda.
• 2 tbsp boiling water.

Mix together in a bowl, form small balls with your hands then press into a cookie shape.
Spread out on a pan (allow enough space between the cookies as they spread).
Bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 mins - watching them so they don’t burn. Let them completely cool on a rack before eating!
